There were a lot of results in the course of the experiment, mostly negative ones. Most plants germinate well, but not as large as the scientists expected to reach the next seed. Even with shielding (container walls), the plants are still under the influence of strong cosmic radiation – at least ten times stronger than on the surface of the Earth in natural conditions.
Of course, the sprout died, but it does not matter. The vector is clearly marked: the fallen banner of those who dreamed of planting an apple tree on Mars has been picked up. Who knows, suddenly the author of a well-known work of rights, and our goal, as intelligent beings, is to spread life in the universe by any improvised means? And that if we do not strive for this goal, then we will write off in junk.
